Not happy with your product? Or is it broken? This is disturbing. We will do our best to solve it well. You will find the full text in our conditions. Below you will find practical comments, because they are not strict rules of the company.

Refunds
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of delivery, at your own expense. We will refund the money as soon as we receive the return shipment. Goods that are damaged or used or purchased during the campaign period are not credited.

Compensation
We pack our products as much as possible, but your product may be damaged during delivery. We will try to solve it for you!
Contact us within 14 days and state that the product has been damaged and what you expect as a solution so we can assist you as well as possible. For products that are damaged during transportation, the courier signed report must be sent to info@procraftpdrtools.com with detailed photo package photos. Thus, arrangement procedures are easier.

Warranty
Is your product broken during the warranty period? Contact us directly and tell us what's broken and what to expect as a solution so we can help you as well as possible. We want you to return the product to us. After we receive your return, we will evaluate whether the damage is covered under warranty. Then we will find a suitable solution for you.
